Here are some simple care instructions for handmade crochet clothes:
Hand Wash Gently: Fill a basin with cool water and a mild detergent. Gently swish the garment to clean, avoiding scrubbing or twisting, which can stretch or damage the fibers.
Rinse and Squeeze: Rinse thoroughly with cool water, then gently squeeze out excess water (do not wring or twist).
Dry Flat: Lay the garment on a clean towel, reshape it, and let it air dry flat to preserve its shape. Avoid hanging, which can stretch the fabric.
Store Carefully: Fold the item instead of hanging it to avoid stretching. Keep in a cool, dry place, and avoid direct sunlight to maintain its color and quality.
Avoid High Heat: If needed, steam gently on low heat instead of ironing directly, or use a pressing cloth for delicate fibers.

Well, actually, all clothing is handmade! Crochet is one of the only techniques that cannot be produced with a machine and each stitch much be made by hand. Many fast fashion brands have clothing made in this style under unethical humanitarian and environmental practices.

The clothes were made by Margaux and a few select knitters in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
